What makes Altered unique?
Altered is a Trading Card Game that uniquely distinguishes itself from other TCGs. Analog and digital blend seamlessly thanks to innovative technology. Each card includes a QR code, allowing you to easily add cards to your online collection. With the accompanying optional app, you can cards, trade, create tournament decks, and print on-demand. Unique cards are truly unique. Open a unique card, and there's no other card like it.

How do you play Altered?
The goal of the game is simple: Bring your hero or heroine together with their magical companion. Once you succeed, you win the game. The hero and companion face each other and must navigate a path through uncharted territory. By playing cards that match the terrain type one of them is on, they can move closer together. However, your opponent will try the same, and only the strongest or smartest wins. A tactical, peaceful game with many possibilities for victory!

A booster contains 13 cards of which*:

- 1 hero card.
- 3 cards with rarity rare or higher.
- 1 in 8 chance of getting a unique card.
- 8 common cards.
- 1 token of foiler card.

A Skybound Odyssey booster always contains eight commons, three rare cards and a hero. One in eight boosters contains a unique card instead of a rare. Each booster also contains a token or a random foil card to create a common, rare, or unique foil in your online collection. The chance of receiving a foil card is one in four. One in five boosters contains an Alternate Art Adventure card instead of a token with Skybound Odyssey artwork. One in every 200 boosters is a special booster, filled with six rares, six uniques, and a foil card!
