Upon registration for an event, you declare your agreement to the terms and conditions below of Spellenwinkel.nl and Spellenwinkel.nl, hereinafter jointly referred to as the organizer.

Online registration

By registering online, your participation spot for the event is reserved. This reservation remains valid until 5 minutes before the start of the event.

Payment of the registration fee can be made both online and in the store.

Online payment for events

Follow the instructions on the relevant event page to complete the online payment. When paying online, you usually receive a discount on the registration fee.

For events with mandatory advance payment, the payment must be completed within 30 minutes after registration. If this does not happen, the registration is automatically canceled and the spot becomes available again.

Cancellation for events

If you are unable to attend an event, we kindly ask you to cancel in time. This way, your spot can be made available to other participants. Cancellation is possible until no later than one day before the start of the event.

If you have already paid online, the following cancellation conditions apply:

For cancellations more than 7 days before the event starts: the full participation amount will be refunded, minus €2.50 administration costs.

For cancellations between 7 days and 1 day before the event starts: 50% of the participation amount will be refunded, minus €2.50 administration costs.

For cancellations on the day of the event or without cancellation: no refund will be made.

Payment in the store

In the store, you can pay the participation fee via card or cash. In this case, you pay the regular store price, without discount.

If the event is listed as fully booked online, participation is only possible if last-minute spots become available due to cancellations.

Cancellation by the organizer

The organizer reserves the right to cancel an event due to insufficient registrations or other compelling circumstances.

Participants will be informed in time via email. In case of cancellation by the organizer, the full amount already paid will be refunded.

Start and end times

The stated start and end times of an event are guidelines. Due to unforeseen circumstances, the event may start later than planned and end either earlier or later than planned.
If you arrive late and the event has already started, there is a possibility that you cannot participate in the first round or the entire event.

Consumptions

Our store has its own kitchen. Therefore, it is not allowed to bring your own consumptions, except for sealed bottles of water.

Code of conduct

By participating in an event and being present in our store, you agree to the applicable code of conduct.

Instructions from staff must be followed at all times. In case of inappropriate behavior, access to the event may be denied without the right to a refund.

Other provisions

In all other cases not covered by these terms and conditions, the organizer decides. The organizer complies with the applicable legal regulations.
